HOW TO APPLY

3. **SCROLL DOWN** Watch the “Our Story Video”
4. Go to “Contact Us”
5. Fill out the form with your contact information.
6. Enter your nominees full name, an email address and phone number in the submission box. 
7. Add a short narrative explaining why you are nominating the community activist you are choosing aligns with our mission.
8. Our committee will confirm entry and send further instructions (if required).
9. A winner and 3 runner ups will be selected 10 business days before the Annual Dinner.
10. Winner must attend annual dinner in person to receive award.

General Info

• Nominees/ applicants must be at least 12 years old
• Nominee’s full name and contact info (email and phone number) should be included
• Nominees will be asked to submit a brief one paragraph explaining their work in the community. If they do not submit this their nomination will not be considered.
• Winner will be announced during the Majority’s 5^th Annual Member Dinner, Saturday June 21^st, 2025.  
• Deadline to submit nominations is May 30^th, 2025
• Deadline to submit full application is June 6^th, 2025
• Running Candidates will receive an invite to the Annual Majority Dinner

Do I have to attend the dinner to receive the award?

A: Yes.

Can I bring a guest?

A: Yes. for standing room, only.

What is the age requirement for guests?

A: Attendants younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)

Are there location restrictions?

A: The winner must be able to travel to Chicago, IL to receive their award. Otherwise, there is no location restriction on who and where the community activism occurs.
